New York rap legend Rakim has announced his first new album in 15 years, titled G.O.D.’s Network (Reb7rth), following his 2009 release The Seventh Seal. The album will be released on July 26, and pre-orders are currently available.
Rakim has taken on the role of producer for the entire album, a first in his career. The album features an impressive lineup of guest artists, including Snoop Dogg, Method Man, 38 Spesh, Skyzoo, Kurupt, Masta Killa, B.G., Hus Kingpin, Canibus, Joell Ortiz, and more. Additionally, it includes posthumous verses from DMX, Prodigy, Nipsey Hussle, and Fred the Godson.
